By downloading, installing, or using Word Clock Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License
Word Clock Pro is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This is a single one-time purchase that grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on all devices associated with your Apple ID.
Permitted Use
You may use Word Clock Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The app includes widgets, StandBy mode, and kiosk functionality for displaying time in a readable word format.
Restrictions
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app. You may not copy, except as expressly permitted by this license and usage rules.
Payment and Refunds
Word Clock Pro is available for a one-time purchase of $2.99 through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests must be made through Apple's refund system in accordance with their policies.
Updates and Changes
We may update Word Clock Pro from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Word Clock Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Orionity be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Word Clock Pro.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
